This is what you need to know when calculating rubber

Rubber is a devil's work for numerical calculation using numerical simulation. It is not enough to fit a material model on the basis of a tensile test, but you have to know what can happen with rubber in order to be able to make usable statements.
Most calculation engineers usually do not have the time to deal intensively with the material rubber and apply the material laws available in the software packages, to put it mildly, somewhat naively.
